The Supreme Administrative Court upheld the Administrative Court’s ruling that was issued regarding the cancellation of the Minister of Transportation’s decision to close an engineering and dynamo meter inspection center in the city of Tulkarm. Our company, as its agency for the aforementioned center, had filed an appeal against the decision of the Minister of Transportation and obtained a decision from the Administrative Court to cancel the Minister’s decision. The Administrative Prosecution filed an appeal before the Supreme Administrative Court, which in turn decided to reject the appeal and ratify the ruling of the Supreme Administrative Court.
